"R101 Ramen does Ramen justice. I have been to hundreds of Ramen places, including many in Japan. R101 not only provides an enjoyable eating experience through its authenticity, but they are immensely skilled in crafting dishes with layered complexity and deliciousness. Good Vegan ramen is difficult to find, but look no further and please order their Vegan Spicy Miso Ramen; you will not regret it for a second. Also, if Pork is your preference, please try their Tonkotsu Ramen. This place is the real deal and I don't see myself going anywhere else for Ramen besides here; great respect to all other Ramen places, but this one is my favorite in Los Angeles.
