"I became addicted to the bold ramen from tatsu. The seasoned eggs have this amazing umami sweetness. I always ordered with 3 eggs. One thing to consider is the sawtelle tatsu is superior to the Melrose location. I found the exact same 'bold ramen' from Melrose to be flat and boring compared to the flavourful experience from the satellite location"

"Umami to the max!! Savory spicy meat in sauce over rice, enough to satisfy a picky Nigerian (well, he had two bowls😅) and don’t they love their food spicy?! It doesn’t seem like a lot, but that sushi rice is calorie dense!! Oishi des!! =D"
