"To be honest, I never thought that I would leave a review here @ Uber Eats.\nI have never bothered to leave a review since my expectation of the food quality when it comes to 'delivery food' was lower than what I would expect from the 'in-person/onsite' visit to the restaurant!\n\nHOWEVER! This pho restrant (Joe's Pho) went above and beyond my expectation, and it made me to log back in just to leave a review.\nJoe's Pho is hands down the best pho in town (maybe across the entire East Bay area)!\n\nYou may find the price of the pho per bowl a little more expensive than others, yet it's worth every single penny of it.\n\nI look forward to trying out the pho at the restaurant in person in near future."
