"I had a craving for Fried Chicken. Never tried Gus's before so gave it a try and WOW, so happy I did. Both dark and white had great flavor and were fried to perfection. Slightly spicy but not overly so. Would not complain if it had been a little bit more greasy but that's my personal choice. So don't expect greasy chicken. Fries, so yummy, really liked the Fries. Cole Slaw and Potato Salad very good. Portion size was perfect for 1 person. The Honey Mustard sauce sooo good. Even the coke which is a fountain drink, not can or bottle, was good and not watered down as fountain drinks often are. Really great meal, very happy. And my Uber Delivery person (Tia) was just lovely. Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy, Happy Belly!!"

"One of my favorite places. Got spice and no question you gotta have spice. Pass up chain places that get orders wrong here and there and food that taste like it comes out a mechanical shop. This place taste like going over to a friend’s. Like chicken? Ya, then dis da place!"
