"My order was Sushi Regular, home delivered. The two most important items to me are freshness and the preparation of the sushi. Each piece of fish was very fresh, not even a hint of fish odor. Each piece of nigiri and roll was professionally prepared. Not even one piece fell apart. To me, this is an indication of the sushi chef's experience. It has been many years since I've had sushi at this level of quality. I will be a repeat customer. Well done Umi! Definitely worthy of 5 stars."
