I know what I ordered is Americanized and I know what authentic Thai food is as I have traveled to Thailand in 1980 when not many in Boston knew what Thai food is but my friends in college opened the first 3 Thai restaurants in Boston because they were homesick and introduced me to a new cuisine. The dishes are so perfectly packaged for takeout! For example, the toasted coconut is separate so that it doesn't get soggy. The appetizers are perfectly arranged in a little circle in the takeout dish! They've really thought about both presentation AND the food itself was excellent :)
