This modern German Pils utilizes Jordal yeast, a form of Kveik, fermenting at a hotter temperature replicating the effects of lagering in a fraction of the time. The high carbonation accentuates the light malt flavor and opens the floral and herbal aromatics of the simcoe dry hop. The normal alcohol level makes this an all day, refreshing, crisp, and crushable beer. Take a note from dad, crack a can of this beer, do some lawn work, and make a day of it!

Utilizing a multitude of different hops for bittering such as Rakau, Strata, Simcoe, Huell Melon, Citra, and Nelson this brew is loaded with hops like never before. Supporting a malt backbone with a touch of sweetness that is also dry, this shiver (shark term) of hops, layers your tongue with flavors of lychee and orange rind with a lingering bitterness finish. Dry hopped with a huge heap of The Bruce, Rakau, Nelson, and Idaho 7, the aromatics of dank diesel, tropical fruit, hop terpene, and some light lemon. At 7.5% maybe stay in the shallow end with this one. Stay safe folks!
