First time ordering, I was pleasantly surprised by the written message on the napkin; essentially the apology about the lids(they were taped closed). It was a nice touch personal touch and considerate. The food was great, fresh ingredients and great portions, more than I would get from Chipotle for the price (grilled chicken bowls). The mango habanero sauce is so good, you taste the freshness of the mango mixed with the habanero like it just made. I will definitely order again
