"first time trying their spicy pig skin and it’s delicious! i had in mind that it would be the crispy type of pig skin as my culture has but instead this version is a nice chewy texture drenched in a spicy sauce! if you’ve tried spicy chicken feet then this sauce is almost the exact thing! it comes with soy bean powder (?) i believe and that’s what sorta kills the spice. speaking of spice, the spice level is definitely not a little spicy and more on the need a drink with you LOL i like spicy food so this tasted amazing but if your spice tolerance is REALLY low then this is a dish that you should probably get as a side as it would be way spicy. just take bites from it as a nice spicy salty taste aside from your main dish. once again it is really delicious but spicy! i wasn’t sure how to add rice and a soda to my order so i put it in my notes to just charge extra and i love that the restaurant was kind enough to do so! its a perfect meal with a coke and rice hehe. definitely ordering from here again."
