"I order from Morton’s fairly often and the food is consistently delicious. Tonight when I placed my order it was canceled by the driver without giving a real explanation. I called the restaurant and was told that the order had in fact been picked up. I was refunded but still steakless and Uber customer service was no help at all. I decided to place a second order even though I knew it’d take another hour to get to me. To my surprise, when the food arrived there was a nice big slice of key lime pie along with the food I ordered. I truly appreciate that the restaurant gave me a nice treat for my troubles even though it wasn’t their fault the first order was messed up. Amazing food and amazing customer service!"
