"Yoooooo! My double cheeseburger slapped so hard! My delivery was super quick and my food was fresh. God was definitely in the midst when I devoured it. I just kept thanking him for creating beautiful people and the wonderful animals that played a role in this party in my mouth. The burger was cheesy and perfectly seasoned. The sauce was DYNOMIIIITE! Every was just SO lovely!!! I’m going to sleep so well knowing that this place exists when I have a burger craving. It was easily one of the best burgers I’ve EVER tasted! God bless you, everyone! It was to our delight when UR agreed to collaborate with us and make a 10 Degrees copy but through a German lens. The recipe is quite similar to 10 Degrees but with the subtle difference of employing German Tettnang and Mittelfruh hops. Otherwise, any other differences will be from the unique influences our breweries and brewers impart. Prost!
- Acid Superhighway (Sour DIPA) - 8 Wired Brewing12,75 $US8% - For five years 8 Wired have bought hoppy sours to GABS. Doing it before almost anyone else in the game. If your mind has recovered from last year, why not take another trip? Brewed for GABS 2019.
- Bitter Death (Belgian-Style Pale Ale) - Jester King Brewery9,25 $US5.4% - For over a decade, we've had a great affinity for well-attenuated, crisp, hoppy, herbal ales with subtle but interesting pure culture fermentation character. Bitter Death was brewed with Texas malted barley and malted wheat from TexMalt and a touch of flaked oats. It was hopped aggressively at nearly 3 pounds per barrel with Perle, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, and Tettnanger. We probably were more aggressive with the hopping than tradition would dictate, but dry, herbal, and bitter was our M.O. here. 100% naturally conditioned. We get notes of white tea, dried hydrangea petals, bread dough, Texas toast, Euro-skunk, cannabis, dehydrated lime citrus wheels, caraway, and walking through the Hill Country on a spring day after it rains.
- D.O.P.E. (WC IPA) - There Does Not Exist10,50 $US7% - D.O.P.E. is a Dank Overpowering Pale Elixer, brewed as a modern West Coast IPA, with some of the grunge that got lost in the sauce of the big tropical fruit forward hop varietals that dominate the IPA scene today. Hopped hot side with Columbus, Simcoe, and Columbus Cryo - we laid down a potent base for a double dry hop of even more pungent and stimulating hops. Post fermentation, we burned one down, then dumped in copious bags of Mosaic, Comet, Nelson, more Mosaic, Columbus, and Nelson (of the cryo variety). The resultant beer reeks of dank blueberry, Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, grapefruit zest, and the Dopesmoker album by SLEEP.
