"The restaurant actually stapled my ticket to two bags, meaning one bag had my name on it but did not contain my order. The Uber Eats driver unfortunately picked up and delivered the wrong bag — but had no way of knowing that. To make it right, the manager not only called me but personally drove my order to my house — I couldn’t believe it. Amazing. Really can’t thank the manager, Mike, enough for going out of his way to make it right."
