"The bakery ran out of the items I ordered and called to let me know and asked if I wanted to substitute the items for something else. I received my substitute and was pleasantly surprised to also get a big beautiful almond croissant with my order! That to me is excellent customer service and I appreciate it. I was very happy with the taste and quality of my Americano and carrot cake muffin as well. Thank you!!"
