"Once again, the very best fried chicken in Bartlesville, bar none, comes from Monterey's Mexican restaurant. Getting this flavor from their plain wings is well worth it; the only thing that would be better if they had a full fried chicken meal with full-sized pieces and this great flavor. Cooked perfectly, crispy/crunchy on the skin and moist and flavorful all the way through."

"Great food, even for delivery. But for the elevated delivery prices (due to Uber Eats fees, I believe), they should include beans and rice with meals just as they would if it was dine-in in the restaurant. Even so, the food is great and, as always, their wings are the best chicken in Bartlesville, bar none."
