"I’m so pleasantly surprised with Ladybird Taco!! The brisket is amazing, and the queso is pretty good, but interesting. I find that many queso dips in the area are either bland or overly spicy. Ladybird’s queso rides the line quite well, leaving a subtle smoked, peppery taste that I find quite enjoyable. It could be a little spicier, but that can be remedied by mixing in one of their salsas. Personally, I mixed my brisket in with the queso, and it was amazing! Give Ladybird Taco a try if you crave fresh, authentic Mexican food that leans towards TexMex! 💖"
