"I ordered the Build Your Own Omelette 2 nights in a row. The first night I was happily surprised that the omelette was not dry or brown and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I had requested cheese, spinach and mushrooms to be added and all but especially the mushrooms were delicious. The second night I ordered the same and much to my surprise the omelette was even better than the night before. The omelette was incredibly fluffy and substantive. It was also packed with great care with a plastic insert over top, I believe to keep it warm and in place. I thought that the best omelette I had ever eaten was at the Summer House in Lakewood. I now have to say that the best omelette I have ever eaten was at Denny's. Whomever made both of these omelettes but especially the second has a true expertise and I so appreciated the care that was put into it being delivered carefully (without sliding) and warm. Thanks so much!!"
