    I’ve had Mongolian beef 5 times this month from 5 different places in north austin. This one is the only one made the way it’s suppose to be made and served looking exactly like the picture. AMERICANS DON’T WANT CARROTS IN MONGOLIAN BEEF!!!!!!! Just onions and scallions. This place does it . And the meat is soft, delicious and beautifully browned. Not gray like a couple other places. They don’t make it very spicy but it’s the best I’ve had so far.
