"Thank you for making the Spicy Crispy Beef not overcooked and crispy/crunchy like a couple years back. It was my favorite before the pandemic. After the pandemic, it seemed like you either had a new chef and every time I ordered it came out bland and overcooked it was so chewy and super oily like other Chinese restaurants. This is the first time in a long time it came out like the old days. I will be ordering as often as I did before. Thank you thank you thank you!"
