"This restaurant has spoiled me to the point where I don’t even eat from other Chinese restaurants unless it’s Spring Garden. Honestly this restaurant always and I mean always meets my expectations. Fresh ingredients, and oh honey, The food never disappoints. The customer service is superb. Spring Garden is the only Resturant that actually delivers way ahead of the Uber eats ETA ( estimated time of arrival). For example my order was set to be delivered approximately. 8:25pm -8:55pm (EST). My order came at 8:11pm (EST) and someone from spring garden was thoughtful enough to attach a hand written note that read: “thank you for choosing Spring Garden. We appreciate you.” Out of my 27 years on this planet have I received a hand written note from any restaurant thanking me. It’s the little things like this that some customers honestly appreciate. Whenever I order I receive thoughtful handwritten notes from them. They truly strive to put a smile on customers faces and provide the best possible customer service experience!
