Our Cold brew is Fair Trade Organically certified, bold yet balanced cold brew, steeped in reverse osmosis water for up to 20 hours. All of our cold brew beans are roasted in our shop. Ours is not nitro cold brew. Our cold brew is always made fresh. It has a bright, clean taste that preserves and highlights the delicate flavor profiles of specialty coffee while removing the bitter acids and fatty oils. The term cortado, or cut, refers to the milk cutting through the intensity of the espresso, toning down its acidity while retaining the coffee's flavor. Traditionally it's served with little froth and a 1:1 milk to espresso ratio. The coffee we use on espresso changes from day today. Served short (4oz) in a 4oz cup.
