These guys make everything fresh with fresh ingredients. Best Indian food hands down! I don't mind paying more for fresh food because their food is slightly pricier than other nearby restaurants. You can always tell if the food is fresh by looking at the Saag Paneer. If it's brown, it's sh#t. Additionally if it's mostly cream and fillers, it'll turn hard when it cools. Theirs is green as grass and actually has mostly spinach in it Their food looks to be fresh - both the vegetarian options and the meat options. The goat literally tastes like it was butchered that morning. Looking forward to their other items and hoping they don't cut costs and corners like the other Indian restaurants. Bring some Kerala beef options and you're number one in my book!!

Had an assortment of food and it was all great! The sauces all complemented the food in a big way. Enjoyed our dinner very much.
