"While everyone has different ideas of a great mexican food, we enjoy El Carpintero as it is more authentic to us. Not too much spice, salt or flavoring, especially for the chicken and beef. The meatball soup tastes fresh like something your mom cooked on the stove today! Salsa is great, mild with some heat. The fish tacos are to die for....all the meat dishes are hearty will lots of filling, no skimping here."
