"I've loved Peruvian food for many years, but today is the first time I've had a Peruvian breakfast and I was very excited to try it. While I was disappointed at first as I expected pork skin because of the description, I was very pleasantly surprised by the entire dish. Everything was so delicious. I only wish there had been more of the tiny onion salad to balance out the fat and heaviness. But overall I am extremely impressed by every element of the meal, and I look forward to ordering here again."
