A nice thing about Cowboy Chicken is that it's always the same...excellent. That consistency has me returning for years- since its early days on Park Lane near Sterlings. That's why I've been going back for years, since its early days on Park Lane. For a change (or on the side) try the brisket. Yum.

Three words: Get the enchiladas! WOW!! Also the blueberry green tea is amazing, chicken very good. Side dishes: the mac and cheese delish, twice baked potatoes are skinless but fabulous texture and flavor, elote is excellent.

Mac and chesse is REAL plus gooey. The whole chicken is moist the Mexican corn mix is right... The chips and salsa is authentic. Sweet bread comes with the whole chicken.
