""The bread used for the banh mi is LEGIT! Crisp and crushable at the same time. I can't stand it when faux-Vietnamese places purport to offer banh mi on their menu and they use these chewy hoagies and I'm like ""wtf?"" This was LEGIT. So happy with it (got the fried tofu version. I hope one day they make their own vegetarian pate too, hint-hint ;-)""
