This is the best noodle spot, Uptown. Hands down.

HPN is the food of the gods. Sad? Order hand pulled noodle. Happy? Hand pulled noodle. The answer is always noodle. If I was on my death bed my final meal would be ginger scallion stir fry. I’d order this stuff every day if I could. I love this place.

The chicken bone broth is so comforting great natural remedy for a cold, hangover or just simply craving a delicious warm soup. The noodles I actually don’t recommend via delivery because they become very hard in transit. HowEVER everything is delicious and a must try! Enjoy! Also get a side of chili oil I put it in everything!
