"i’m picky about what I eat. I’m picky about the fact that there are so many bloody ingredients/sauces to which I’m allergic or that I hate. Unfortunately a number of them are endemic to Sushi. It means I often have to write detailed please don’t include this I’m allergic or I hate this notes. These days often they’re paid attention to, but not quite as often they’re ignored. Wasabi paid attention to EVERY single note. They also included a decent – but not overwhelming - amount of wasabi on the side. This matters because these days ingredients are expensive and a lot of restaurants cut back. You used to get a ridiculous amount of wasabi which got thrown out. Lately I have often gotten not ENOUGH wasabi. Wasabi found the sweet spot in my opinion. Every single dish was excellent. The Gyoza were beautifully done: beautiful mouthfeel and delicious taste. I got a free order of the hibachi rice with no protein in it and I will absolutely be ordering that again. Every roll that I tried was satisfying to the tongue, the teeth, and the stomach."

"Why do I love Wasabi Sushi? THEY NEVER GET AN ORDER WRONG! I have a lot of allergies and I do not like certain things and I write detailed notes ... and they get it ALL RIGHT!!!! ALL the time!! I REALLY appreciate that. Their sushi is also delicious and I particularly recommend their gyoza. Gotta get them every time!"
