"I’ve been going to Smoque for years . Best brisket I’ve had north of the Mason Dixon Line. Every now and then you’ll get a just eh batch but that’s to be expected when you go as often as I do and they smoke their meat overnight daily. 90% of the time it’s melt in your mouth goodness."
