"Ever since Blue Star Cafe shut down, I’ve been looking for a restaurant to step up and provide affordable entrees with great sides. I have finally found it with Rosco’s. I had the smothered Pork Chops and they were incredible, and the side Mashed Potatoes and Collard Greens were delicious! Quite possibly the best soul food in Detroit and certainly the best for your money!! I’ll be back!!"
