"I don’t usually order out but I wanted something different. My first time eating birria, and I ordered the Quesabirria vs the tacos so I could have something softer. My first bite left me in another world; this is the most heavenly quesadilla I’ve ever had. And it being Birria is even more amazing! The beef is so tender. Presentation was clean. The beef to cheese ratio was good and they were absolutely fair and generous with the amount of meat within the quesabirria. The flavor is just perfect. I needed a filling meal after a long day of cleaning and tired of cooking for myself. I am glad I ordered from here! To the person that wrote the sweet note in response to my notes on the order, you are so sweet! Thank you!!! I am definitely enjoying it! It’s fantastic! I will absolutely order from this Queso Loco again!"
