"Their food is always great. My beef was with the Uber delivery driver, Charisma. She never showed, but managed to show the order as done, PLUS, she got the $5 app tip for STEALING MY FOOD! Uber reimbursed me for the food order, but not the tip? Pepe's took a reorder by phone and gave me my drink for free. I went down to restaurant and picked it up. I thank Pepe's for their handling of this matter. Top notch. As for Charisma, I hope Uber fires you."

"It is one of the best Mexican food restaurants in town. Delicious and authentic. Despite being part of a chain, this place serves more like a hole in the wall restaurant. Our go-to for soups, tacos, burrito, sopes, birria, etc. Love it here."
