"Despite the major mistakes of the driver resulting in not getting my meal delivered, cafe was excellent in notifying of the issue, trying to resolve on their end and working with me to still get the meal to me. That care and effort to correct a wrong that wasn't even their fault alone has me wanting to continue eating from them, let alone that the food was delicious."
