"They didn’t give me chopsticks but to be honest, I would have eaten this with my hands. I asked for mild, rookie mistake….I should have known the spice level would be hotter than I initially thought I wanted, but it didn’t matter. After the first bite, I was committed. This seriously is some of the best pad see ew I have ever eaten. The flavors and texture we spot on and the portion was enough for me to have lunch again. This was fire! Literally, but in the best way. 10/10 did smash."
