Thank you for consistently giving great service, quality food, and sadly most importantly CORRECT food. Not to mention the value for what we get for what we spend is a lot better here vs many other chains right now. The one day our driver who picks up a lot for us said you guys were so so busy and everything was still good, hot, and correct. We’ve had a lot of issues with other places and Uber doesn’t want to fix anything most of the time so we’ve been ordering from your store more because we’ve never had an issue, and the one time you were partially out of a chicken fingers later at night you tried to make up for it best you could, making it so that I could at least pick apart the wings you subbed and there was still enough that my 7 year old still willingly ate them because the tenders were his that you were short on. Most places don’t care anymore about the people who are disabled and don’t drive and don’t understand that complaining after the fact or partial refunds do nothing for them, and isn’t something we want at all, so that means a lot to us.
