      My first experience with Huong Viet restaurant via Uber Eats was fantastic! The food was authentically delicious, and the pricing was reasonable. The flavors of each dish truly captured the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. A delightful culinary journey that I'll definitely repeat.

      I've ordered the top-rated items (except for the house special fried rice) from this place and they've all been hot, fresh, and tasty. The broken rice (cơm tấm) platters have been the absolute star of the show. In my opinion, the pork short rib version is the best. The second best item was the vermicelli with grilled sliced pork (bún thịt nướng). The harmony among the marinated meat, fresh herbs & veggies, and noodles is unparalleled. And, while I did enjoy eating the bún riêu cua, I wish there were more details for non-native speakers. I'm not a typical seafood eater, but this soup was still great. The only fault of this place is not having better descriptions for people that don't understand Vietnamese cuisine. Regardless, the people here make awesome food, and I wish them good health and great success.
