"Great to be able to get something healthyish and the substitutions really give you a lot of flexibility to make a nice healthy plate for a solid carb refeed. Somehow always gets me out of a stall no matter what I’m working on weight loss or muscle gain. Just sub the Mac for pineapple or veg and/or do half meat half veg and you get a nice portion"
