Called to inform me they were out of stock of an item and see what they could do to fix the situation (I missed the call and didn’t see the voicemail immediately tho sorry to the store). But I appreciated the extra effort to make sure I was still satisfied with my order."

"Absolutely amazing coffee. Love the fact they have pretty unique or more hard to find seasonal flavors!! I absolutely love the banana foster latte. My brother loves the hot chocolate as well. And the baked goods are always super good. The banana bread is always a great go to and the muffins are phenomenal as well!"
