    I've been eating ribs for 80 years. What I want is the ribs cooked perfectly - not quite falling off the bone - and the right sauce. We all know the sauce makes the ribs. Earl's hottest sauce clears up your sinuses, brings tears to your eyes, and is the best of any I've had in a long, long time. For me, the combination of the sauce and the way they cook the ribs makes Earl's number one by a large margin.
