""The employees are fantastic and go above and beyond to make customers feel happy and satisfied. Upon receiving my Uber Eats order for a Pumpkin Muffin, a quick thinking, well trained employee reacted brilliantly to what could have led to a dissatisfied customer. Realizing the store was OUT of Pumpkin muffins, the employee fulfilled my order with finesse! My order arrived on time, I opened my front door and picked up the DD bag. I thought, ""That's one heavy muffin."" To my surprise and delight, the DD bag contained a delicious Blueberry muffin AND a Pumpkin doughnut. Bravo, Dunkin Donuts. Give that employee a promotion and raise! They satisfied this customer beyond my expectations. Thank you.""
