"Daifuku has nailed the balance between sweet, salty, unami in their ramen broths (tokyo shoyu and sapporo miso). They also had perfectly cooked ramen noodles - soft but with a bite. This is hands down my favorite ramen in Chicago- and it was to go! It tastes homemade and the price is incredibly reasonable. Could not want more our of ramen."
