      yum! boba was fresh and chewy. thai tea is my fav , the flavor of the tea is delicious and not diluted. but i do think the nondairy creamer has milk solids so it's probably not dairy-free.

      Hands down, some of the most delicious banh mi sandwiches I've ever tasted here in Texas. They give you so much food with the orders of fried rice and the calamari is sososo good. Honestly, if anyone is debating whether to order from here or a different teahouse, PICK THIS ONE! You get not only quality but quantity. Amazing service, amazing food, no question. Side note: if you want to try something delicious, I suggest the taro coconut smoothie with sea foam, pandan jelly, and boba. You won't regret it!
