"The delivery was great, Sonny did a wonderful job communicating with me and handled being the bearer of bad news appropriately. After submitting the order online, I called the restaurant to modify and order which the website did not allow me to do prior to submitting. The restaurant did not mention at the time that there would be no bakery items fulfilled on the order as they did not have any of the items ordered. We learned that our bakery items (cookies, muffins, pastries, etc) were not fulfilled at the time of delivery when Mr. Sonny informed me that he had just received a call from the restaurant to tell us that we would need to seek refunding from Uber Eats. Again, Sonny did a phenomenal job. The food from ABC is always delicious - but we are not satisfied with the communication regarding the bakery items."
