"Very familiar with lomo saltado, from trying it here in the US as well as Peru too. I have to say that AŃAŃAU has one of the best lomo saltado but also depends with chief is on… I went on a Wednesday and my lomo WAS SOOooo good I recommend that day & take it from there… Bon Appetite"
