Brawn 2-3 lbs. of beef cubes (approx. 1-1/2 inch sq.). Add Sauerbraten Mix and cook approx. 45 min to 1 hour. Soften 7-8 ginger snaps in hot water, stirring to make smooth before adding to gravy to thicken. To make more tart, 1/4 cup of vinegar may be added. Serve with dumplings, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
