Directions for use: Serving Suggestion: Add chopped tomatoes, spinach and eggs for a hearty Middle Eastern brunch.Recipe / Serving Suggestion: Serves 4 Prepare 5 minutes Cook 10 minutes Ingredients: Pouch of Shakshuka Cooking Sauce 400g tin chopped tomatoes 4 x eggs 2 handfuls fresh spinach 200g feta cheese Parsley Serve with: Toasted pitta or crusty bread. 1. To a saucepan add pouch of Shakshuka Sauce and tinned tomatoes. Add Spinach leaves and bring to a simmer. 2. Make 4 wells with the back of a spoon in the sauce - crack 4 eggs into the wells. 3. Place lid on the pan, and gently poach the eggs for 5 minutes, or until the egg white is cooked through. 4. Remove from heat, top with crumbled Feta Cheese and fresh parsley.
