Directions for use: Defrost in a refrigerator Cook time: - 10 hr. Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover. Defrost in a refrigerator for 10 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Storage recommendation: Keep Frozen at -18°C or Colder
