Etter Kirsch Brandy is an eau de vie crafted from Swiss cherries using traditional small copper pot stills. Distilled exclusively from the increasingly rare black "Mountain Cherry," known for its smaller size and sweeter profile, each 375ml bottle contains the essence of over 16 pounds of fruit. Following distillation, only the center cut is selected to age in small glass demijohns for a period of three years, allowing the spirit to develop and mellow before it is bottled for consumption. Alcohol by volume: 42%
