Pure Sake Shimizu No Mai (720 ml)

Pure dusk is a junmai daiginjo sake in the pure series. Daiginjo is a subclass of ginjo and is the highest quality designation for all sake. It must be made from rice with at least 50% of the rice polished away and using only rice, water, koji and yeast in the brewing process. This sake is brewed brewed with akita sake komachi rice with 55% of the rice grain is polished away, resulting in a highly aromatic sake with fruit notes that perfectly complement traditional japanese fare. Color Clear Aroma Bright pear and hints of green apple, with an underlying minerality. Taste Delicate structure, with hints of fresh orange peel and cantaloupe. Medium length, dry finish.
