Kula Dark Rum is a premium rum, crafted with a nod to the classic Hawaiian Mai Tai. Distilled to a 95 proof, it exhibits a dark and rich color, mirroring its robust flavor profile. The rum carries the aroma of fine aged rums with notes of molasses, oak, and dark caramel. It is versatile, suitable for sipping neat or on ice, and enhances cocktails with its aged rum character, subtle sweetness balanced by oak, and a finish that hints at caramel and dark cacao. The rum is formulated with a blend of organic rum spirits and select aged rums, some of which are aged for over a decade. It is blended with Deep Pacific Ocean Mineral Water. The flavors are derived from sugar cane, including rum extracts and rum esters that contribute to its rich, smooth character. To ensure consistency in color, natural caramel is added.
