Dibon Cava Brut Rosé exhibits clear red and pinkish hues with small bubbles that gently release and form strings rising to the surface. The wine offers a gentle fragrance characterized by aromas of fruits, raspberry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it provides a full and splendidly bubbly sensation, complementing the red fruit flavors that are more pronounced than in the aroma. It finishes with a long and elegant aftertaste. This sparkling wine is produced and aged in an underground cellar of an 18th-century building, using estate-grown grapes based on the local Xarel-lo variety. The minimal aging period for these wines is 15 months, with reserve wines aged for up to 10 years. The winery practices natural farming and is noted for being the first in Spain to receive a biodynamic certification. Alcohol by volume: 12%
